SPECIAL NOTICE

ONE VACANCY ON THE PECSD BOARD OF DIRECTORS

This notice is to announce a vacancy on Plumas Eureka Community Services District (PECSD) Board of Directors, because the terms ended and there were insufficient number of candidates to fill the position.

In accordance with Government Code 1780 (d) the current PECSD Board of Directors will fill the vacancy by appointment.

This notice must be posted for fifteen (15) days before appointments are made.
