Delinquent Water Charges - Public Hearing

Pursuant to the California Government Code Section 61115(b), the Plumas Eureka Community Services District will conduct a public hearing during the District’s Board of Directors Regular Meeting scheduled on September 14, 2022, at 9:00 a.m., held at the Plumas Eureka Fire Station, 200 Lundy Lane Blairsden, CA.

The Board of Directors will review, discuss and adopt the Delinquent Water Charges and Penalties Report which will be submitted to the Plumas County Auditor/Controller, who will enter the amount of the charges and penalties against each affected parcels of real property as they appear on the current assessment roll. The county tax collector shall include the amount of the charges and penalties in the same manner as property taxes.
